Christy Pillars contacted me through Twitter looking for a new website designer.  That had been with the same company for 4 years and not that pleased.  After our creative meeting, I discovered she was looking for a site that gave a better representation of their business and themselves.  Fun and vibrant! Below our some of the needs and the solution.

Need: Online Store - The old website had an ecommerce section.  All products were inputted on the site and orders taken directly from the site.  Christy informed me that their eBay sales were much productive than those of the website.
Our solution - I installed software that would pull the listings from their eBay account and display them on the new website.

Need: Newsletter - The old website had a link to a 3rd party newsletter service.  This service was great except that would start getting charged a fee once they reached 80 subscribers.
Our solution - I installed newsletter software that allows unlimited subscribers and can all be managed in the backend of the new website.

Need: Ability to Maintain themselves - The old website required Christy to send the company changes and corrections on most of the pages.  This seemed to be a problem getting anything changed in a timely manner.
Our solution - I designed the website in Joomla, a powerful CMS, that will allow Christy to update her website in a very easy to learn administration panel.
